Project Objectives

Progress results will be reported by the end of this year.

Summary

We Effect needs to organise its actions in such a way that the sum of the individual projects is greater than the sum of the interventions considered individually. It is therefore necessary to coordinate actions, seek synergies and facilitate learning between organisations. The programme contributes to joint capacity building, whilst at the same time allows for joint planning, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. The new programme RAHSA commenced in 2014 building on lessons learnt and experiences from the RHESA the interregional programme which ended in 2012. RAHSA objective is to increase strategic impact in the housing sector by providing technical support for organisational development in We Effect partner organisations and establishing a common framework for policy and advocacy work among relevant actors at national, regional and international levels.
