Summary

WLSA strategic plan, 2010 – 2015, recognises that an organisational structure should be dynamic, responding to changing context and circumstances, thereby enabling the organisation to deliver efficiently and effectively on its mandate. WLSA’s programme,“Building the institutional and programme capacity of WLSA” s objective is to enable WLSA effectively contribute to gender equality and fulfilment of women’s rights.” The expected outcome results of this programme is 1) a well governed, managed and value driven WLSA delivering on its goal, 2) A gender and women’s rights aware & sensitive communities, society and public. 3) Empowered and assertive women actively participation in decision making structures and processes at all levels and demanding their rights and justice. 4) Justice being served as poor and vulnerable people, especially women, easily access legal aid and support services. We effect support to WLSA Zimbabwe commenced in 2013.
