Project Objectives
The income of the farmers increases. Chena farmers resort to sustainable eco agriculture and agro-forestry methods and techniques.
Summary
Targeted communities are poor, have limited options of development and many villages close to the forest. There are few alternatives of employment and few public and private services. A main goal is to increase food security and family income of Chena cultivators by turning them into permanent farmers. Extensive technical support and training in eco agriculture and agro-forestry techniques will be given.
