School of rural leadership for advancement of gender equality

The proposal aims to "Empower women affiliated with AMSATI, through training processes that lead to their participation and involvement in the construction and development of legal instruments and local conditions to guarantee and protect the rights of rural women." Added value: AMSATI states in its objective that the leadership of rural women is part of a broader development experience that identifies it with empowerment through training for action and political advocacy, and through improving the economic conditions of women who support their organised participation.
