Project Objectives

We have developed system for financial assessment and monitoring of partners, improved the internal control in the region and created regional procurement regulations. We have up-dated all our administrative guidelines. We have regional team meetings twice a year and regular meetings with the management team.

Summary

We Effect is a decentralised organisation where development cooperation is managed at regional level. The main functions of the regional office are to provide technical assistance, ensure that development cooperation is being carried out in adherence with We Effect strategy, monitor and evaluate the effects of We Effect support, and ensure that internal control systems are adhered to, both within We Effect and partner organisations.
