Summary

There have been courses about the fishing ships' safety and about sea products' quality and hygiene: this has been useful to increase the fishermen professional capability and their working security. There has been the promotion of the cooperation culture, in terms of protecting the fishermen themselves: this has fostered the fishermen's teamwork, with positive future effects on their activities. The two smoker machines that had been given to the fishermen have improved the quality of food conservation, with a positive effect on the commercial level.
