Project Objectives

Contributing to the efforts of local civil society for a resolution of the conflict and to broaden popular support for the peace process in the Middle East. In particular, transforming the conflict and reducing violence in south of Hebron

Summary

The Operation Dove is present in the village of At-Tuwani, where there are few national-religious Israeli settlements in continuous expansion, they attach to themselves the lands of the neighboring Palestinian villages forcing them to live under the constant threat of violence. At-Tuwani the Palestinians have chosen non-violence. The volunteers of Operation Dove together AIC: - Allow people to carry on their daily activities;
- Monitor the respect for human rights and denounce any violations;
- Carry out an awareness campaign to the public and the media through the dissemination of reports on the local situation and the experience of nonviolent population;
-Encourage and support initiatives of dialogue and reconciliation between the parties.
