Project Objectives

Creating a permanent network of logistics, distributive and service infrastructure in the supply chain of the Adriatic food

Summary

Conceived as part of the IPA Adriatic Cooperation Programme for 2007-2013, aimed at strengthening the sustainable development capacity of the Adriatic region, the project has seen the direct participation of 10 Italian and foreign partners and is part of the distribution sector and logistics in the food chain of the Adriatic, currently with a deficit of institutional and economic governance that will oversee a system of cross-border cooperation in the Adriatic area. With the creation of a governance structure dedicated to this system, we intend to re-balance the technical, managerial, financial and services between the two areas of the Adriatic, enabling the exchange of good practice and fostering the internationalization of the system and businesses.
