Project Objectives

The project contributes to the improvement of the socio-economic, cultural and environmental preservation of the traditional populations of the Middle Amazonas  (Amazonas State, Brazil)  through a participatory model of sustainable development that integrates actions of institutional strengthening, preservation for productive activities, and  eco-friendly and sustainable tourism.

Summary

Overall objective: Contribute to the improvement of the socio-economic and cultural and environmental preservation of the traditional populations of the Brazilian Amazon.

Specific objective: To promote a participatory model of sustainable development that integrates environmental preservation, productive activities and sustainable tourism for the benefit of the traditional populations of the Amazon Region dell'Andirà Marau.
