The project aims to organize affected women and men small farmers, fishers and indigenous people to successfully defend their land rights, possession of their landholding and utilization of their land and fishery resources in Luzon and Visayas regions, and is part of the We Effect programme "Building Resilient and Sustainable Communities to fight Poverty and Injustice".
