Summary
The project aims to achieve two well-defined guidelines . In one of them the goal is to follow up the process of administrative decentralization underway in Morocco through the training of municipal workers of the municipalities of Afourer and Timoulilt . This operation will be conducted in collaboration with the second level of the Moroccan Association Amsed that already has experience in similar actions. The second direction in which the project will move is more oriented towards civil society and in particular to the associative and cooperative parts of the area. This direction, in turn, is composed of two precise lines of action. The first is directed to the generation of income and improving the standard of living of rural households. In this case we will try to work on the whole chain of table olives with a process that will start from the training of farmers and feed into the creation of two agricultural cooperatives that will commercialize the product in local markets. The second line of action is bound to local associations that, in a number not less than 10 , will be prepared for integrated management of their institutional activities ( analysis of the requirements to the design , moving from the internal management of human and financial resources ). It will continue to hold workshops for female literacy in the territory of the two common sites of project. The project will , in all its components , a focus based on overcoming gender discrimination and the creation of opportunities for the younger generation more easily attracted to the migration process . The expected result is to foster the growth of the third sector in the two towns. To strengthen this activity were sustained 9 micro-projects were targeted on media centers , breeding rabbits, job training for women , school radio , etc. ..
