Project Objectives
Strengthen organisational and business systems in rural Central American small-producer organisations. Improve management of productive chains to be environmentally and economically sustainable and build capacity for political advocacy.
Summary
Directed at small-producer agro-ecological, typically low-income organisations, by linking organic production and agro-ecological alternatives to an organisationally strengthened business management, internal governance and transparency. Equally, the project works on boosting women’s participation.
