Summary

Education and training are important tools for improving the living conditions for poor women and men in rural areas. Skills to improve production, productivity and adaptation to climate change are vital to decrease poverty. The study circle method serves as a tool for rural communities to learn and work together in solving common problems, which ultimately leads to improved production and local business development.
