Sharing, Collaboration, Cooperation (SCC) Erasmus+ project will host a webinar on the 8th of June at 15.30 (CEST) to explore the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on co-working spaces, and their subsequent transformation into inclusive collaborative spaces.

The distinctive advantage of collaborative spaces are the communities and opportunities that emerge through involvement of local actors – from co-working spaces, universities, students, and organisations. In the context of the current Covid-19 crisis, such collaborations, which go further than ‘traditional’ co-working spaces, can help local communities better address the challenges and improve resilience in the face of crisis.

The two-part agenda will include:

1) Panel on how co-working spaces are currently adapting and responding to the crisis, with an example from ESSpace Paris (supporting students in precarious situations).

 2) Practical ways to foster the emergence of new collaborative spaces, which can also be integrated in higher education training. Insights will be shared on the latest trends of co-working spaces by Condiviso, and participants will see a presentation on the Caracol toolkit by Impact Hub Florence to learn practical steps to start their own collaborative space.

The project will also introduce the SCC Live events, set to take place this summer across Europe to introduce new collaborative spaces.

We invite our participants to participate to the Q&A of our session to share your own experiences, difficulties, and ask for advice from our partners, as well as network.
